This weekend I realized that I love food.
Not really, I have always known it. But I did realize that I don't have a day in my schedule to really share my love of food....then I had a light bulb moment and came up with....

Tasty Tuesday: St. Patrick's Day
I haven't ever really made
or had much Irish food.
So for St. Pats I try to stick with
the green theme...
Here is my
individual version of
(I used the spinach tortellini to kick up the St. Pats green,
I hid the tomatoes underneath,
and I used a bottled dressing that isn't on yet)
It was SUPER DELISH!
