Thankful Thursday: Pre-chopped

For this Thankful Thursday
I have to give a shout-out 
to whoever thought to sell pre-chopped onions.


I think raw onions are the grossest thing on the planet.
However, cooked onions are great in some dishes...
I am super thankful for pre-chopped onions!

    When I was pregnant with Vincent I could not be in the same room with raw onions without gagging, but I craved them grilled on everything! I have never seen them pre-diced before!

    Hilary- That is how I feel about raw onions ALL. THE. TIME. I do enjoy them grilled or sauted or in a sauce or soup...so pre-diced in totally the way to go. I get them at the grocery store in the produce section...

    And I thought I was the only one doing a happy dance when I found these! Also, target sells them frozen in the frozen veggie area.
